Due to repeated requests for the re-issue of the classic Cosmosis albums: Cosmosology and Synergy, Holophonic Records is proud to present: Cosmosis Akashic.
This Cosmosis retrospective both showcases some of the past highlights from the career of one of the original Psy-Trance pioneers - Cosmosis - and informs how the music has evolved over that time, charting as it does the course and output of a decade of worldwide sonic subversion.
Akashic contains those Cosmosis classics that have been an integral part of the soundtrack to Psy-trance's global alternative culture. From it's humble beginings the beaches of Goa in the early nineties, to it's present state; a scene that boasts international outdoor trance festivals on most continents around the world.
Akashic - compiled by Cosmosis drawing from his worldwide experience as a DJ and live artist - selects those tunes from the first four Cosmosis albums (Cosmology, Synergy, Intergalactic and Contact) to provide an album containing only the dancefloor gems - only those top classic Cosmosis trancefloor stompers that completely rock the floors on the dancefloors literally all around the world.
